Divorce can really change peoples lives. Growing up I had no father. My mom never re-married until my freshmen year in high school. She's had boyfriends and all, just not one that lasted. Anyway, my whold life I didn't grow up with a father figure. So growing up I didn't do a lot of things like; like working on cars, really get into football, going huntung, going fishing, and more. I miss all of that growing up. But in my situation I havent seen my other side of my family, so I was real exciting to see all of those people, even my dad. Him and I spent his 39th Birthday togetherand he took me to this really cool go-kart racing place. But what really got me down was the next day. We made plans to hangout that day but out of the blue, he texted me saying that he couldn't make it because he had a little sore throat. DUDE!!!!!! You haven't seen me in 14 1/2 years and you cancel on me because of a sore throat? What I am saying is divorce does really change people. Those 14 1/2 years, I thought it was my fault for my mom and dad break up, but what I reall saw was my mom wasn't missing out.
