And the Beat Goes On....

A love no one could deny
We kissed, I fell under your spwll
In the torn up town, no post code envy
I never hit so hard in love
You'll still be standing next to me
You could be my luck
I could show you love
I will always want you
I could lift you up
I out you high up in the sky

Music and Reading.

1. When I listen to music, It has to be loud, so I can ignore the rest of the world. And if I'm enjoying myself, in the moment of my favorite song or into a good beat and you try and turn down the volume or change a song, then you might lose a finger. But music puts me in a better mood.

3. My taste in music honestly hasn't changed one bit.

4. I think it starts when we are little kids. Reason being is that when we are little, we tend to just listen to what our parents or friend listen to. Then you start to play that ttype of music. And when a different genre comes on, you don't like it because we aren't use to the style, the tempo, and the pace of the song.

Llama Llama Mad At Mama

The Characters of the book include: Llama Llama and Mama Llama
The summary of the book is: Llama Llama did not want to go shopping. Llama Llama gets mad at Mama. Llama Llama through a fit, but Mama calmed him down.
This book... has animals as characters, has rhymes, teaches a lesson, uses humor, has illustrations, it has color, and one phrase repeated throughout.
My favorite sentence from the book is: "Please stop fussing, little Llama. No more of this Llama drama. I think shopping is boring too- but at least I'm here with you.
The age range on this book I think would be 3-7 because little kids would laugh at the illustrations and it also rhymes, every kid likes a rhyming book.
I would definitely have liked this book as a child because of all the rhyming; I liked rhyming books way back when.

Child Play

Q: Who was the most important person to you during most of your childhood? Your Mom? Your Dad? Another relative? A friend? An imaginary person? Show some examples in which you see how much influence this person (or imaginary person) had on you while you were growing up.
A: My grandmother was the most important person in my life growing up, still is as well. She taught me manners, common courtesy, and having a big heart. Now adays I have manners to my peers and family and I have have courtesy towards others and finally I am a loving person, at least I would like to think so.

Q:What cartoon from your childhood is the most memorable for you? What made it stick in your head so strongly? Would you see a movie of it now if were made into a big blockbuster for the nostalgia purposes?
A: The cartoon most memorible from my childhood would have to be Scooby-Do. I loved that show with a firy passion. When ever it came on I would always be off in my little world, watching that television show. I remember that I wouldn't talk to any one or do anything until commerical break. I got a Scooby-Do blanket and a pillow as a child. I got all of the movies that came out at that time. And they did make Scooby-Do into a movie and you bet your apples that I saw that movie right off the bat. I loved the movie they made for it and I think I was about 12 years of age.

Q:How do you recall getting along with your family during your childhood? With your parents, siblings, and other relatives? Go though a typical reunion or holiday with your entire family in attendance during your childhood. Have fun going into excruciating detail.
A: When we went to a family reunion I would always get told that I was the cutest kid and that I was supper sweet and their helper with anything they needed. We would go around and chat for like an hour, letting everyone get there so we could start the reunion. After everyone has shown up, we would get into this big circle around the room and hold each others hand and say prayer. After that everyone went straight to the table filled with food. I would sit down at our table and my grandmother would get my plate for me because she knew what I liked and what I didn't. And then when got done with that we would eat desert and then talk with everyone some more. We would sometimes look at pictures from the past and talk about that. I thought it was always a blast.

Revenge

Ever since my wife and I divorced, I have been so depressed. This Saturday would be our three year anniversary as a married couple. All together we would’ve been together for five years. I’ll admit, in the past I have been a cheater. I have cheated on her numerous of times. But for someone reason she is still with me, which is good considering I am in love with the chick. She was tired of giving me so many chances, she wanted to see if I would be loyal to her since her and I was married.  About three weeks ago I blew my last chance; she saw me helping our neighbor, Amy, move into her house that was right next door to ours. And I guess I was flirting, but I swear it was harmless. I cracked a little joke, and she laughed and smiled.  And I returned the smile because that would be rude and plus she had a nice smile so anyone would’ve smiled back. Then she looked at me with a weird look on her face and I asked her “Is something wrong? Why are you staring at me like that?” She leaned in so fast I didn’t have time to react to get her away from me. Right before Amy leaned in my wife, Emilia came running by Amy’s house on her daily jog. As she was running by she looked over right as she kissed me. She called to me “JOSHEPH ALLEN!!! The house, NOW!” She ran home and waited for me to walk inside.  My heart was pounding inside my chest.  I face was dripping in sweat and my palms were clammy. I had no idea what was about to happen. I walk in my house and I shout out “Hunny?!” She comes around the corner and threw a stack of papers in my face and said “You think I was kidding when I said that this was your last chance.”  My eyes started to tear up. “Sign them” she said in a commanding voice “I will not be staying here tonight.” Emilia said with a hurt voice. I went to go grab a pen and signed the papers like she wanted me to and she went to go pack her bags to move out. Later that night, I was balling my eyes out. Sitting on the couch watching television by myself with three 18 pack of beer gone and two more 18 packs to go.

I wobbled my drunken ass over to Amy’s house. I banged my fist on her door until she answered the door. Amy opened her door smiled, “Hello there Joe, what could I do for you tonight?” She asked politely. “For you to die” I said with a slur. She didn’t understand what I said. I threw a right punch towards her. She screamed and yelled “What are you doing?” I threw another right punch; her face starting to get some blue on it. She yelled out for help, that’s when I shut the door and locked it. She tried to get up and run to the phone and call 911. I threw her phone up against the wall so she couldn’t make a phone call. I came back to her and screamed in her face, “YOU DESTROYED MY MARRIAGE AND NOW I WILL HAVE TO DESTROY YOU!” Amy’s eyes got so wide because she didn’t know what I was going to do to her. I slapped her in the face so hard she dropped to the floor as if I punched her. I went to the ground with her and I started to slap her some more. I heard a car door slam right out front of her house so I rushed to the window to look who it was. I guess it was one of her friends. I hurried back to Amy and dragged her into the kitchen and tied her up in the corner, by this point she was passed out. As soon as I heard a knock on the door I went towards it and I grabbed this flower vase right next to the door and I got behind the door and slowly opened the door. Through the little crack of the door I saw a woman with brown hair and kind of short, maybe 5’3. She walked in the house and she called out to Amy seeing where she was. Right as she was far enough in the house that’s when I broke the vase over her head. When she dropped to the floor, I dragged her towards the kitchen with her friend Amy. I went back to my house to get some Krokodil, a cheaply produced drug that has similar effects to heroin, but with side effects that include literally eating away at the flesh. I hurried over to Amy’s house to inject them with the Krokodil into both of them. I walk in the house and I see them just lying on the floor. I go over to them and inject them with this powerful drug and I dragged them both to the back yard.

I went to go search Amy’s house for a big chest or something that bodies could fit in. I went to patrol her house and I couldn’t find anything. But I did two different pairs of trash bags. I grab two white ones and two black ones. I went to the garage and grabbed a shovel to dig a big, big hole in her back yard.  I kept digging and digging until I finally hit like seven feet.  I took about 300 pounds (combined) of dead weight into the trash bags and then dragged them towards the hole and just pushed them in. I spit in the hole and I put some bleach down in there and I started to put the dirt back into the hole.  After all of that was done I was kind of happy that the person who ruined my life is not a part of this world anymore. You never mess with my life. That will never work out for anyone. So I advise you to just be on my good side or else maybe you’ll be the next person to get Krokdil in your system.

Window Poem

Straight a head I see a person in the car waiting on me to give them what they paid for.

From inside the window I see this complex machine, pulling down cups that are shooting ice and liquidise goodness.

Outside the window today, at least one person is going to be nice to me.

Sometimes outside the window, there waits an angry person, just waiting to scream.

Just around 6:30 P.M.-7:00 P.M. I see they sky full of different colors. SLowlt going down in the distance.

Salvador Dali

Salvador Dali was Born on May 11th 1904 and he died January 23 1989 due to heart failure. He grew up in Figueres, Spain. He had one friend that I know about and that is Pablo Picasso. and he married a Russian Immagrant named Gala.
Some Challeneges he had faced throughout his career is that his mother died of cancer when he was 16 years old. He got kicked out of the academy and then came back and then got expelled from there. Also in 1980 he was forced to retire due to motor  disorder that caused permanent trembling and weakness in his hands.
The mediums that Dali uses is Drawing, oil painting, engraving, lithograpght, scalpture and collages. and he followed the Impressionism, futurism, cubism, and surrealism.
The Three most famous paintings he is famous for is :

The Persistence of Memory (1931)

Millet's Architectonic Angelus (1933)

 The Invisible Man (1929)

And One thing most people might not know about Salvador Dali is that when he was Five years old, his parents took him to his older brothers grave and told him he was his brother's reincarnation.

Bathroom Art.

Sitting down, pondering
Looking on the wall smiling
Wondering what's there
The painting in front of me
Makes my bowels relaxed as I go.

Bathroom art can be anything you want. You can put whatever you want in the bathroom to look at. This piece to me makes me think it would go up in the bathroom. Just the way it's painted and the energy about it.

Dream Marks On My Pillow

Tossed, turn, cannot sleep

Always restless in the night

Laying there, counting sheep.

Harris Burdick Story

In the early 1680's a group of kids that lived in a small village always play with each other every day. That's all that they can do really in that small village. A girl named Winney mentioned to the group "Guys, we need to come up with something different to play, all we do is okay the same old thing." Everyone looks at each other and nods their heads. "Anyone have any ideas?" Winney asked.  A dirty looking girl named Priscilla stepped up and said "I have an idea!" Winney gives her a odd look; "And what might that be?" Winney walked over to Priscilla. "Its called Musical Chairs" she said with a big smile on her face, letting out her bad breath. "how do we play that this game, Musical Chairs?" Winney asked with a puzzled look on her face. Priscilla went to the school and came back with seven chairs and put them in a circle. "Now Erick, since you're good at making random and weird noises, I'm going to have you be," she puts her fingers in air quotations. "Music and stop whenever you want." As Priscilla explained it to everyone, she looked around and everyone had confused looks on their faces because there were seven chairs and eight people were playing. Priscilla noticed everyone looked effy about this so she cleared her throat and got up on a chair and shouted "Now the reason there are only seven chairs is because when ever Erick stops making noise you have to put your butt into a chair as quick as possible." They all seemed like they got the concept of the game. They got by the chairs and Priscilla looks at Erick  and gave him a head nod for him to begin making noise. Everyone immediately starts to walk  fast around the chairs. Winney looks at Erick and he stopped making noise and everyone quickly grabbed a chair to sit in, all except for one person. That person that didn't grab a chair to sit in was Priscilla. She got so furious that she was the first one to lose because no one has ever played the game before. Everyone was laughing at her, sitting down in their chairs because her face was red as a tomato. Priscilla had it with the people in her small village. Priscilla gets in the middle of the circle and shes puts both of her hands out and slowly raises them in the hair causing the chairs everyone is sittin in to go up. The whole group went from laughing to heart racing and them screaming at the top of their lungs. Priscilla threw her arms way up in the sky, causing the chairs to sky rocket to the sky, sending all of the kids somewhere no one will know. Erick's jaw dropped and looked over at Priscilla and she turned to him with a big smile on her face. Erick began to stutter, "Where did they all go?" Priscilla answered with a smirk on her face saying, "Somewhere far far away from here. Somewhere no one will know that their there." Erick muttered, "Since no one knoes where they're are, can't you tell me where they are? I still want to know" Priscilla thinks about it for a minute and nods her head, "The first chair went to Spain! The second chair landed in Norway. The third chair went by a volcano. The fourth chair twirled on to an island. The fifth chair ended up in France. The sixth chair flew to Italy. And finally the last one ended up right next to the devil." she explained to him with a smile throughout the entire thing. Erick got all nervous and sweaty and questioned Priscilla "What's going to happen to me?" "Don't make me mad and absoultely don't tell anyone about this! You understand? Just think, what I did  to them, I can take you somewhere just as bad, maybe worse." Priscilla explained to Erick. As she explains this doom to him, she is facing the other way of him so he thought it woul be a great idea to sneak off and run off. Priscilla turned around and saw Erick run off into the distance. She reached out her hand and brought it closer to her, causing him to come towards her. She looks at him in his eyes and says "Have fun" and she throws her arms in the air sending him to the coldest place on the air. As he flew up in the sky she yells "Keep warm in the North Pole" in a laughing manner.

Inspired Piece if Newspaper

I cut out the movie showing section from the newspaper because it reminded me of my past. My friends and I would always love to go to the movies growing up because we want to be "cool" as well. So every single time we all made plans to go to the movies they would always ask me what's playing because at the time I lived with my grandparents and they always got the paper no matter what. So they would have me look up what time the movies start and what is playing in the theater. I honestly wish I could go back tot hat time because being a kid is so fun, growing up sucks. No one really likes to grow up. If given the chance to go back in that time I would never hesitate to take that opportunity. I would so many things over again.

Blackout Poem

Two days before Christmas, my mother disapperared. I was in the middle of an agrument when the phone rang. "Could you get that?" I asked. We were in the family room, and I wsa on my knees. Sara remained where she was in the middle of the room, impossibly long legs planted firmly apart on the tile floor, stubborn hands poised on improbably slin hips. She was wearing elasticized cherry-red, too short, too tight tank top, and ankle-length black boots with three-inch heels. Her hair had yellowd from exposure to the sun, except for the dark roots that framed her oval face like a wide headband. the answering machine will pick it up," she said, not buudging. "why won't you give me any money?"

Goodbye Earth

I am an invisible man. Nobody ever sees me, legitimately no one. Especially at school; everyone runs into mat school. Most of the time I drop they heavy books and my binders on the floor and papers go flying everywhere. I pause and look around to see if anyone has noticed that my shit was all over the floor. 30 seconds has past by and no one took a little time out of their day to help me pick up my papers and books. Like always I would have to pick up my papers, binders, and my heavy books. Every single time one person would bump into me when I'm picking up my things. It's so stupid because they walk right past me and still never help me or even say that they were sorry for bumping into me. This is why I hate people. They all are so rude to me and the sad part is that they don't even care. Also, they never know my name. For example; when we're in P.E. playing kickball outside, I never get called by my name. They all call me "you," how great does that make me feel? It doesn't really, it hurts that no one recognizes me ever. It's even worse at home. I have so many brothers and sister. In fact, I have six brothers and four sisters. It's horrible because they get whatever they want because they wine and bitch about the dumbest toys that they want. And my "mom" gets really annoyed so she gets them. I'm ignored at home as well. I don't get anything I want because why wine about it and get it. If I want something it's for damn sure that they ask me. We finally get home and I choose to help with the bags. She never made eye contact with me; she just said "thanks". I went to the computer and looked up some quotes and I found this "In your rocking-chair, by your window dreaming, shall you long, alone. In your rocking-chair, by your window, shall you dream such happiness as you may never feel" Me reading that made me feel like that was very spot on. I'll always be alone and I'm pretty sure I'll never feel happiness. So looks like I will be alone forever. Yay! After pacing in my room and thinking how no one will miss me and that no one will notice that I will be off this Earth. So what's the point of even breathing this air, I'm only wasting it for the others. I walk over to my desk to get some paper and a blue pen. I start to write to my "mom". And then one for some teachers at school. After that I wrote some to my brothers and sisters. I realized that I am no good here. I am just waste of space. I guess this goodbye for good. I go into my “moms” room and I got this powerful gun she has just in case someone breaks in or messes with us. I go back into my room and laid out all of my letters to everyone I wrote to. I loaded the gun. I cocked it back and I pointed the gun to my neck and I leaned my head back. I closed my eyes really hard and then I started to think about this situation. “I am only doing this so people would know who I am” I thought to myself. I put the gun down and I walked over to my closet and I got the video recorder. I got the tripod in the corner in my room and I set the whole thing up. I pressed the record button. “Hey everyone, you guys probably don’t know who I am and why would you? I am just an invisible man that no one gives two shits about. My name is Tony Jackson in case you didn’t know. Goodbye everyone, thanks “mom” for adopting me.” I grabbed the gun again and I took a couple things back and aimed it right to the bottom of my chin. I squeezed my eyes shut as a tear came running down my face. As I was about to pull the trigger I looked over to the video recorder and whispered “Rest In Peace Tony” -BANG-

Writers As Readers Responses

1. When I read I need to be comfortable. I have to feel realized and it at least has to be quiet. Otherwise I would not be able to concentrate on reading at all. I would most likely give up on reading. But when I do read, I don't comprehend what I am reading. For it to be stuck in my head I probably reread the line a couple of times. I don't know really me reading doesn't really go together. It's like I was never ment to read.
2.The type of writing I'm into are science fiction. Reason being is because I like all of the made up creatures and the suspense and what not. I don't know why, but it gets me excited.
5. I've only fully read and fully understood two books in my life. One of them is Wake and the other is Blank Confession. Reading wake didn't really interest me at first. But once the author pulled me into the book, I wanted to keep reading. But has my weird self, I kept stopping because I was bored of reading. The book was great, It's just don't like reading in general. But the reason why I kept wanting to read it was because I wanted to see what odd event would happen next or what dream she would slip into because she went into one weird at one point.
12. I think someone that reads a lot does become a Strong writer because from reading they know how to organize the story. Also they could pick up on some bold vocabulary and easily write a story in a heart beat with all of the books that they've read.
13.Honestly I probably will never write a book because I probably wouldn't be able to finish the actual thing. Plus I have bad insecurities; no thanks to my grandfather. But if I would have to say I would write some pretty BA short stories.

Maya Angelou Respones

9. The one thing that I do to occupy my "small mind" in a positive way is to listen to music. Every time I have to write, I put in my headphones to think when I'm trying to write or if I have writers block. Sometimes I would put in my headphones and go somewhere where that it was quite and where I know I won't be disturbed.

8. When Maya Angelou says "Theres a world of difference between truth and fact" I honestly have no clue what she's trying to say. But the quote I think is true though. One reason is because Fact is something that exit's or is present in reality. And Truth is basically a state of a certain mater. May i9t be a person, place, a thing or an event.

5. If something really tragic happen or REALLY sad thing happens to me then yes, I probably wouldn't talk for awhile; but I don't think I could go for a good five years. Reason being, I talk a lot. Especially something I'm passionate about, but in some cases I talk too little at points where I should talk a lot. If I listened more and spoke less I would probably learn what was actually going on around me rather just ignore it and maybe you could possibly learn about yourself. I guess a person could grow id they spoke more because if you're talking about life, they could learn more about somebody or know about other things that happen in the world. And simply just gain more knowledge about anything.

My Dreams Are the Strangest!

As a small child I use to have this really strange dream almost every night; I was about eight or nine years old. In the dream I don’t know how old I am, but it’s a dark winter night. I was running away from something and it was obviously something horrible because I was dashing left and right through the woods. As I was running for some odd reason I hear dogs and or wolves in the deep neck of the woods howling and barking. So I just stop and sit somewhere and eventually I fall asleep and that was the end of the dream. After I fall asleep, I wake up from the dream. I don’t know what will happen to me after that. It really freaks me out, having that dream because most of the dreams I dream, they eventually come true sometime in my life. I never know when and I don’t know how, but it happens. And right now I am 17 going on 18 here soon and it hasn’t happened, but then again I was a little kid at the time and I haven’t had that dream in a while. It could’ve been warning me about something dangerous that’s going to happen soon or something weird is going to happen to me in my life. It’s always after the dream happens in real life where I realize that I dreamt about that. So right now I am just living life seeing what I have to look out for that dangerous or giving me a warning about something else.

A Reminder From A Toy

My Father

As a child, I didn't have a father growing up. My biological dad left my mother and I when I was about three years of age. He screwed around with my mom's friend and ran off with her back to Connecticut and took our car as well. Sounds like a huge douche right? That's just because he is. The last present he gave to me was this stuffed Taz from Cartoon Network. On the back he wrote "Happy Birthday Zachary, Love Daddy" and dated it 1998.
Ever since that day, I haven't the man since. Until I got older, his friend added me on Facebook and started to talk to me about my father, so she gave me his number and he was wanting for us to talk on the phone sometimes because he wanted to get to know me. At first i was annoyed because he was away from me for like 13 years of my life and then out of know where here he is. So I called him on Father's Day for the first time. I'll admit, I was a little bit scared about it. But once he started cracking jokes, I got use to talking to him; I guess you can say he broke the ice between us with some jokes.
After we have been talking awhile to each other I finally persuaded him for me to see him, two summers later I flew up to Connecticut to see him and see the rest of my family I have never seen in such a long time. Since my Dad had a roommate, he didn't want me to be in the way of everything so I stayed at my Aunt Shawn's house. Now, she is the sweetest person I have ever met in my life time. She would do anything for anybody. She is such a giver and has such a nice warm heart. When I was out there my Dad and his twin sister Michelle's birthday on June 23rd. So for that I day I spent that whole day with him. First, I went to go to go see what the man does for his career. My dad, Martin, deals with sewers. Like cleaning them, unclogging them, and doing other things with that. You'd think it would be really easy, but its honestly not. Anyway after he showed me what he does for a living him and I went to go see his friends because they also wanted to see me since my dad talks a lot about me. Lastly for the day we went to go to this go kart racing place. And it was not like the go karts we have here in Branson, it was WAY better. They go at least 45 miles per hour and we had to wear a neck brace type thing and a dirt bike helmet. Let me tell you, it was the most fun I have had in awhile. I beat the old man twice and we played three times :) So after we got done at the go-karting place, we came across this bowling place and since I beat him at go-karting he wanted to beat me in something. So he suggests to go bowling the next day. I don't know about you, but I love to bowl. So I answered with a yes and a smile on my face.
The next day comes around and my aunts and cousins wanted to take me to this really cool water park. They said it was really fun and you never get bored. So, I obviously said yes. We all got packed and started to head that way. As we got there, the place was already packed. As they were having people enter the building, we all ran to go find a good spot to put our things. And when I mean we ran, we ran real fast. My aunt, Michelle, found this real good spot and so she put her things there and right after she did this Mexican guy put his things there as well. And they both looked at each other. I knew something was about to go down, aka fight. So as my aunt kindly said that our things were there first and if he could put his things somewhere else, this guy starts cussing her out in Spanish. I know because I take Spanish and I know some words of the genre. After at least 10 minutes went by, he finally left and found another spot. When everyone got settled, we all went our separate ways my older cousin went with me and the little ones stayed with my aunts. He showed me around the water park and came across that this isn't just a water park. It's a water park and an amusement park as well, with roller coasters and what not. So i thought this place was really amazing!!
The day was going by kinda slow and around 3 o' clock we all started to pack up so I can go back home to get ready to go bowling with my dad. As we stopped to have people use the restroom before we head home I got an e-mail from my dad. I read the message and once I read it, it brought a tear to my eye. Here I was, getting so pumped to hangout with my dad again and doing something I love I was really excited. The e-mail said "I'm sorry son I am not gonna be able to go today because I have a little tickle in my throat" I got so mad real fast and sad. I thought to myself why is he canceling just because a little tickle, grow a pair and tough it out. After that tragedy we went home and we all started to play some family games to get my mind off of him and that was the last time I saw my dad. The reason why I keep that toy he gave me is because it's to remind myself to never become a father like him.

Dream Threads

Closing my eyes became a fear as I became in a dark dream with me being stuck in a deep hole in the ground. The hole was about 15' feet deep, but as I was thinking that I needed to get the hell out of here I looked around and found some rocks I could grab on to, to get myself out of that hole. As I was slowly climbing up I see snakes and spiders, which are my two things I fear the most, snakes especially. All I hear is hissing and feel eighty little legs crawling everywhere on my body. As I finally reach the top of the hole i peak my head out of the hole to see if there was anyone there. I saw no one so as I was about to get out of the hole I heard a gun shot and felt a harsh breeze go over my head. My eyes get wide real fast and I quickly crouch head back down in the hole. As I was waiting until they ran out of bullets until I heard a rattle. I thought to myself  "Holy crap!!!! A RATTLESNAKE!!!!" Wither the people shooting at me were out of bullets or not I jetted out of that hole and I ran for my life! I ran, ran, and ran. I was dodging tree branch's and jumping over logs to get the hell out of where ever this place is. All I know I was in the woods and i was running for my life.

I ended up taking some way to get to a city. Which city? I wish I knew. The first building I saw I ran to go tell people what I was just experienced. Once I got there I put my hand on the door handle to open it and as I blink my eyes, I was gone. I wasn't in front of the building anymore. As I opened my eyes I saw that I was on the top of the roof of the building. I was turning around wondering what the hell just happened to me and how I got up here auotmatically. But once a couple of minutes of me trying to figure out what happened just a second ago, I start randomly walking to one of the edges of the building. Once I stopped walking I turned around and then as I blinked again and open my eyes I statred to run like a cheetah to the other side of the building. I saw the other edge coming up, I hoped to God that I would stop, but that wasn't the case. I leaped off the ground and into the air and put my arms straight out like superman does when he fly's. Flying off the building as I was waking up.

Sleepover Scare

Today was the day the Jackson's moved into their new house. Mr. and Mrs. Jackson wanted to start fresh with new neighbors, new job, new everything. They have one child and his name was Kevin. He's a little 11 year old and he is very scared on moving. Kevin is a shy guy and really afraid to talk to anyone and he gets really nervous on meeting new people. On that note, Mrs. Jackson wants to help her son get out of that funk he is in, so she had the courageous decision to have a sleep over. What better way for Kevin to make some new friends and for the Jackson's to get to know their new neighbors. Mrs. Jackson went house to house on a Thursday late afternoon with her son, to see if they would like to attend to his sleepover. On their way back home, Kevin's mom was feeling confident because she made a good impression with all of the neighbors and it could also be because everyone said yes to the sleepover.
The weekend has arrived and Kevin wakes up on Saturday with fear, he knew what today was. He rolls out of bed and with sighs left and right and gets dressed for today. As the day progressed, Kevin's heart beats faster and faster, he is not ready for this at all. Mrs. and Mr. Jackson that their son was not acting the same, they had a conversation with him about "how there is no need to be scared. They're people just like you and I bet they're nervous coming over here as well, with us being new in the neighborhood and all." After about 15 minutes with calming down poor o' Kevin, he goes into the den and starts to play the Xbox. Kevin put in a dancing game and was getting warmed up before the others came over.
The door bell rings out of no where and Kevin's eyes widen real big. He got to be so nervous again. His mom walks over to the door and opens it and greets them "Howdy guys, Kevin is in the den if y'all would like to head in there." Mr. Jackson came along and he said hi to all the parents and shook their hand and invited them inside for a beer or two. Some of the parents took that offer, some had other things to do. As the kids went into the den Kevin turns around as soon as he hears the door open. His face was blank and he didn't know what to do. A few silent moments flew by and Kevin finally introduced his self. "Hi, I'm Kevin. What are y'alls names.?" Kevin asked. A blonde headed boy said "Hi, I am Drew." A dark headed boy said "Hello, my name is Jackson, but you can call me Jack for short." Red headed little gal comes along all happy and gitty "Nice to meet you Kevin, I'm Alice." A girl enters the den shouting " I LOVE YOU TOO MOM." and she turns to look at the others, "Hi there, I am Lilly," she kindly said to meet everyone. Everyone seems so thrilled to be here because they've been wanting new people come into the neighborhood. Kevin looks around and asks "Would anybody would like to go up against me?" Quickly, Drew shouted, "ME!! I am great at this game." Kevin gives him a glare, "I'll be the judge of that" They start to play as his mom shouts out, "Hey guys, the pizza is on its way!" Since that got brought up the parents thought that it would be a good idea to leave so the kids could have their sleepover. Mr. Jackson politely says to them "This has been fun guys, feel free to come over and just hangout anytime." Everybody nodded their head and is going to take him on that offer.
After the parents left, the pizza delivery guy came knockin' on the door. Mrs. Jackson hustles to the door with her wallet losing change by the step. She opened with a smile and asks "How much?" The pizza guy answers "$32.58" She gave him $40 and tells him "Keep the change" with a smile. He gave her a quick smile and said "Thank you ma'am, have a nice evening." She responds "You do the same, be safe." She takes the pizza's to the kitchen and shouted out to the kids, "Kids, pizza is here" Kevin replies "After this game we will be in there" Three minutes passed by and Mr. and Mrs. Jackson hears the door open with laughter and they both got a smile on their faces. Seeing their son having fun gave them warmth in their heart. Mrs. Jackson gets all the cups and plates out for them to eat. As she hands every kid their plate she gave them a cup as well to go sit down at the table. Has she hands a cup to Alice, she didn't have a good grip on the cup, but Mrs. Jackson didn't know that. As she let go the cup falls on the floor. The cup breaks and the glass shatters everywhere. Mrs. Jackson quickly grabs her and takes her away from the glass. Alice's eyes widen and she said "I am so sorry." Mrs. Jackson replies, "Don't worry about it Alice, accidents happen all the time." and gave her a smile. As she was sweeping up the glass Mr. Jackson asked "Does anyone else smell smoke?" as he had a puzzled look on his face. He gets up and starts to walk around the house and as he enters the den, Mr. Jackson shouts out "FIRE!" Everyone has a terrified look on their face. Mrs. Jackson suggests "Everyone stay behind me and quickly walk out of here" Mr. Jackson stays behind the kids. Mrs. Jackson opens the door and as she looks out to the street she sees someone setting something on fire and throwing towards the house. She bends down and shouts "Molotov Cocktail!" As they duck down, the mysterious people keeping throwing Molotov Cocktails. Everyone turns around and all you can hear are the little kids screaming their heads off and the Jackson's try and get the little kids out of the house. Mr. Jackson opens the back door and the kids run out of the house. Mrs. Jackson calls 911 and told them about the incident that's happening.
The mysterious people heard the sirens and they all got back into the car and peeled out of the neighborhood. The police, ambulance, and the fire fighters arrived in a matter of seconds. Everyone goes towards the front of the house to meet with the police and the ambulance. As the officers were question everyone, the fire fighters were getting the fire out from the house. All of the kids parents rushed over with worried looks on their face. They huddle around everyone making sure everything was okay. The police was asking Mr. Jackson some questions. "Do you know why someone would want to do this to you?" the police asked. Mr. Jackson responded, "No, I have no clue because we know no one around here. We just moved in a few days ago." The police gave him a puzzled look and asked "Did you hear the bottle crash through your window?" He replied saying, "No, no one in the house heard anything." As Mr. Jackson was wondering why he didn't even hear the window break he remembered that the cup broke. "Well, actually there is a glass cup that got broken. Maybe it happened at the same time and no one noticed because we all thought it was just the cup." The police nods his head "Makes sense. Well we are all happy y'all are safe." Mr. Jackson thanks the kind man and shook his hand. Mr. Jackson quickly turned and went to his family and hugged them. The kids dashed to their parents and gave them the biggest hug ever while crying in fear. Lilly's mom came over to the Jackson's and started to talk to them. "Are all of you guys okay?" Everyone nodded in fear. Since your house got caught would you guys like to stay at our house while everything  gets fixed in your home?" Mrs. Jackson's answers, "Yes, thank you so much" as she put a smile on her face. Lilly's mom responded "No, problem. It's the least I can do when you guys had a sleepover scare."

I Am..

I am...
Polish, Cuban, Indian, Irish, and Swedish; full of different heritages.
Grey blue eyes, olive skin from my dad, and my wide big nose from my mom.
Almost an adult.
The voice in the McDonald's drive thru, taking your order.
My two dogs; Duke and Klaw.
The smile upon your face when I make your day better.
A camera that captures an intense photo.
Music; getting through my everyday struggles.
My friends; being there whenever I need and extra hand.
Long walks to clear thoughts that linger through my head.
That person that people come to when their having a bad day.
Facebook to connect to my other family that I never get to see.
That stick of gum that leaves a fresh feeling in my mouth.
I am me.

I
